Acceler8 IT Solutions Inc. respects your privacy.
Collection, use and disclosure of personal information by Acceler8 IT Solutions are governed by
the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA"),
and any applicable provincial legislation. Be aware that Acceler8IT.com

Personal Information
Personal information is any information about an identifiable individual. This

e-mail address. In communicating with Acceler8 IT Solutions, you may provide Acceler8 IT Solutions with such
information, either intentionally or unintentionally, in a number of ways,
including (but not limited to) email, telephone, facsimile, and viewing
("browsing") web sites owned, maintained and/or hosted by Acceler8 IT Solutions or any service
provider employed by Acceler8 IT Solutions.
Collection of Personal Information
Acceler8 IT Solutions believes in the opt-in method of collecting personal information. When you
provide personal information upon request to Acceler8 IT Solutions, we will inform you as to the
reason for its collection. In some cases, where the purpose for collection is
reasonably obvious, your consent for collection is implied. Acceler8 IT Solutions asks for your
permission to collect additional information that may be useful in providing
services to you in the future.
Disclosure of Personal Information
Acceler8 IT Solutions does not currently use any external parties in the delivery of its products
or services. As such, Acceler8 IT Solutions does not intentionally provide any outside entity with
any personal information collected about you. Such information may
unintentionally be obtained by external parties due to methods, protocols or
other means employed in communications between you and Acceler8 IT Solutions, or by illegal means,
including, but not limited to, Internet hackers.
Maintenance and Safeguards on Personal Information
Acceler8 IT Solutions maintains personal information in electronic files, and may also maintain
certain information in paper form as well. We make appropriate and reasonable
efforts to protect this information from loss, theft and unauthorized access,
disclosure or use. Acceler8 IT Solutions keeps your information for as long as necessary in order
to serve you better.
Some protection is beyond the reasonable control of Acceler8 IT Solutions. It is your
responsibility to do your part in protecting your personal information. Be aware
that some means of communication (including, but not limited to, email) are not
secure, and as such, your information may be intercepted by external parties
during transfer if you choose to use them. It is your responsibility to ensure
that you use an appropriate communications method when you initiate the transfer
of sensitive information.
Access to Personal Information
You are entitled to access and request modifications to your personal
information. You may request access or modifications by contacting the Acceler8 IT Solutions
Privacy Officer by any method listed at the bottom of this page. Acceler8 IT Solutions will
respond to your request within 20 business days (approximately 1 month). We
require satisfactory identification and proof of entitlement in cases where
identification or entitlement is not certain. In some cases, we may deny access
to information requested, at which time you will be notified as to the reason
for the denial. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to, security
concerns, commercial confidentiality, information protected by legal
priviledge and information which cannot be separated from other information to
which you do not have rightful access.
